Ms Kathryn Carandang obtained her BSW from the University of Waterloo in

2024 and completed her MSW from York University in 2025. She has been a registered member of the OASW since 2026 and has been a registered social worker with OCSWSSW since 2024. Her area of practice is medical social work, including working with patients in the hospital and folks that live with brain injuries. She comes with years of experience working in the community including child welfare, crisis intervention, and housing. Kathryn uses a variety of therapeutic modalities with a focus in CBT and DBT to provide tools and strategies to help individuals maximize their full potential. She is passionate about helping clients identify their strengths and build resilience as they work towards achieving their goals.
